I've led many journeys but this one stayed with me.
We started the ascent to Mardi Himal at 4 AM.
By sunrise, as the peaks turned gold, something shifted.
In that silence, it felt like we weren't just watching the mountains.
We were witnessing each other change.
Later, one of them rappelled down a 180-foot waterfall. She broke down in
tears not from fear, but because she felt she had chosen herself.
Two strangers became best friends. They now travel with their families.
